Seikos in general are not cheap in HK. The exception is Grand Seikos, which can be cheaper than what u can get in Singapore.

The solar is the drawback... but if its an automatic, the price would have been way much higher! I do like that gorgeous blue dial and the nicely spaced sub-dials unlike many of the typical quartz chronos.
