Re: Helgray Silverstone
Actually looks really, really good. First thought reminds me of the Tag Heuer Calibre 17: http://www.tagheuer.com/int-en/tag-heue ... era-models" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
But the hybrid of quartz tech is a little put off for me leh :/

Re: Higher End Swiss Watches
This is the exact one that i got myself as a gift to pamper myself this Christmas, but it also means that i'll be off the watch market for quite some time . I got the 41mm version, tried the 44mm one and it was so big it really looked like a clock. ... ...Got the roman numerals one compared to the ...

Re: Higher End Swiss Watches
...Recently just got myself a Longines, it's not anywhere near up there with the other big Swiss players, but i love the design, retrograde and moonphase complication, never regretted a single bit :) This is also the only Longines that i have very positive impression on the "effort" they put in... ...

Re: Higher End Swiss Watches
I would pay for a good complication, like the IWC Perpetual Calendar, that makes me drool, but can't afford it so have to tahan. Recently just got myself a Longines, it's not anywhere near up there with the other big Swiss players, but i love the design, retrograde and moonphase complication, never ...

Re: Sumo or MM300?
Actually the MM300 wears small on the wrist IMO. The measurement looks big on paper but when you wear it on the wrist, the dial doesn't look as big.

Re: Leather Strap for MM300?
So the general consensus is that the strap is too thin and the color doesn't match?
Maybe i should try a padded black gator strap with cream stitching, kind of like Breitling style straps?
I'm looking for dressy alternatives la that's why

Leather Strap for MM300?
Been thinking and researching on an alternative strap for my MM300 other than the stock bracelet and rubber strap. So i've been tinkering with the idea of getting a croc/gator strap to pair with the watch but i'm still unsure about the end result. It's the "testing phase" now, seen here with a croc ...

Re: Seiko Divers
Always nice to see Seiko divers! :D Love the MM with the tag still on! So fresh!! :D I kept the bracelet safe in the box so it's totally BNIB! Can't say that the watch is BNIB though, cause it hasn't left my wrist at all, i'm totally loving it on the Di-Modell! Plans are underway to get an alligato...

Yup, refinishing pad. It's like a cloth then you go over the scratched area over and over until the scratches are smoothened out. Price inclusive of shipping is 15+SGD (if i remember correctly) If you wanna try it out, can meet up and you try it out before you decide whether you wanna buy :) but IM...

Referring to polishing cloth like cape cod? Sent from my HTC One X+ Cape cod cloth is used on polished surfaces, don't think can be used on brushed surfaces, else will polish off the brushed finishing. But if you're saying that the function of the refinishing pad, then yes the function is similar t...
