Stick spring bar bit

Post by balzebub71 » 18 Sep 2014 14:48

Very upset, some guy at a watch shop tries to change my bracelet for a strap I bought from them on my vintage seiko. Guess what, one of the spring bars was stuck for some reason and without asking me, he proceeded to force it out, resulting in the spring bar breaking on one end and leaving it's tip wedged stuck in the lug hole.....

Anyone knows if a watch maker can get it out? Or can I toss the watch....

The springbar is a very small issue. Its the pin that got stuck onto the lug hole.
WD-40, let it penetrate for a couple of minutes, it should be easier to remove afterthat.

That's what I am afraid of. But no choice, can't remove using other means.
