Post by kayabun » 16 Jul 2013 22:46

Got this brand new but noticed that the hour and min hands do are not parallel to each other. Is this normal? Did I get a faulty watch ?

Does not look so but normal watches hands ate not so bent. Overtime may be problematic.

The monster's crystal is majorly curved on the inside.
Could it be the cause of if looking not parallel?

Think its a factory defect. Good thing dealer offering to do 1-1 replacement.
Pic from the web shows it should be parallel.

Thanks for the tip! Seikos are awesome watches, but don't take that for granted. Check before leaving the boutique or a trade.
