Yes... There is such combo of rose gold casing and black dial with RG hands and indexes.
Just came back from Mustafa, @ Sayed Alwi wing, ROSE GOLD CASE Bambino with black dial sells @ $249.

Saw Bambino with open "heart" at King Wah (Can't remember the shop new name).
