personally feel a blumo/sumo is nice stock, the only mods i might want to do to it will be a solid end-link braceelet, sapphire crystal, display caseback....
I want to be a one watch guy!!

After a few weeks of watch hunting, still can't find a watch that i like.

Until i came to this forum and found sumo.

Considering whether to get for the past few days, finally today went down to Big Time to make my purchase.

Love at 1st sight. But was unable to decide black or blue, as both aso very swee!

In the end get black. lol.

Anyway, is the watch looks too big for my small hand?

Also, was told by Big Time that any issue with watch i will need to bring it to them so they will help me send to Japan for servicing.
Is it true for u guys too?

Yes, the warranty is local Japan for Big Time pieces. So need to bring back to them to send back to Japan during warranty period. But usually no need to worry as these are very well made watches.

For future servicing you can always look for long local watchmakers like forum favourite K2 or even TS if you wanna spend the dough.

Wear your Sumo in good health!

Actually, Acube has a couple of the blue and black Sumos from TS and slightly cheaper than Big Time.

Just last night I was accompanying a friend to buy SEIKO 5 for his dad.

I took him to skywatches aka Watch Fashion. Browsing through the displays while my friend is busy with his viewing, I see there were 3 Sumos in stock.

Cheers.

Saw quite a few of them while I was working in taipei last week. Most of the shops carry at least one if they are selling seikos.

I briefly had a Black Sumo in December 2012, but gifted it to a family member who lives in SG. Would I get one again ? for sure maybe a Blumo this time.
