most of the sellers only do CONUS or ANUS. They may not want to ship to SG. :)

Thing about skywatches which I learned when I went down to their store in people's park is that buying in singapore incurs 7% GST.

They have free shipping to Malaysia.

Next time I will buy just buy online, ship to my aunt's house in JB and pick up over the weekend.
