3600 is way too high. Wouldn't trust any kind of pre-order unless it's a trusted seller or someone u know personally. Besides carousell not exactly a safe place to buy/sell...

it's 1 of the shop in rakuten called nagata iirc but yeah, they're out of stock. Seiko3s still has yesterday when i checked but more expensive.
