As Japan is the birth of Seiko, and as I don’t speak the language, could you guide me and recommend reputable, trust able Japanese online dealers for Seiko watches?

1. Vintage Seiko Divers
2. Dealer for new models (Japanese)

Vintage I am not sure. Maybe Yahoo Auction Japan....

You can try these reputable and trustable Japanese online store. Yodobashi, Higuchi, Seiya, Chino. Prices are more or less the same. Don't forget you have to pay GST when arrive in singapore. Happy shopping.

For Seiko vintage can also check this local seller. Get to molest the watch before making up your mind.

does GST apply to all transactions or only above a certain amount?
