Queries on Seiko 5M23 6A10 AGS Tuna

Hi All,
So, I just got the above baby tuna, and I have the following queries
:
1. how do I get the manual for this?
2. the insert appears not to be the correct one. Where can I get a replacement insert for it and what are my aftermarket options?
Any help will be much appreciated.
