Project Plan & Working Committee

Ok, I'm still not sure who's the working committee, I see another threads created today, whoever is working on it, please let me know, if you need a private section in the forum, I can create for you to facilitate discussion.
To be honest, I can't play an active role in this project, I will love to but recently work has been crazy. I also don't want sound like I'm pouring cold water over the project.
I too want the project to be a success but I realised there's a lot of elements not discussed and we are already going to design, serial number etc etc.
Since we have established that $300 and below is the ideal cost, so that's the working budget we should target at, we also identified that SKX007 will be the watch to go.
So, here's my 2 cents on how the sequence of events should be, don't need to follow it strictly, I'm just thinking out aloud ow it should go.
1. Establish the total cost, dial, hands, watch, modding service etc.
2. Discuss with Harold or whoever appointed to talk about pricing and packaging, do we get a cheaper price with a dial+hands or dial+hands+sapphire bundle etc etc.
3. Gather a list of interested parties based on the bundles above. (Now to me it's a blind list, nobody knows what they are going into a SGD300 or USD300 or more)
4. Start a thread on the design to determine how it will look depending on the bundle.
5. Finalise the total count and negotiate for a good price.
6. Once all confirm, set a deadline for payment.
7. Wait for the watch or parts.
Other considerations:
- Do we get a dial prototype ? or mock up ? To really determine if the design will be pleasing to the eye.
- Can he keep the mould or whatever for future dial orders and what's the minimum and future cost ?
- Do he require upfront payment or deposit ?
- If getting dial alone, do highlight to Mr Goh, so he knows there's a project going on.
