just wana share this malay stall i recently found out at 703 Hougang Ave 2 coffee shop.
The nasi lemak is v nice. They have chicken wings too.

i remember it's quite affordable also. they also serve soup.
and they are quite generous with their sauce. the queue starts at 11am

pictures all taken from online.
Nothing beats the one we had at Jalan Alor.

Wow thanks! I just had porridge at a porridge (coffee) shop , really cannot make it (in Hougang).

Yeah, the Lao Zhong Zhong 5 spice is a must eat. Very reasonably price, take a piece of everything also wun more than $15. Must ask for the fried bean curd (dou gan), freshly fried when ordered.

But still affordable compare to other 5 spice stalls who just simply "chop" you. And the shear volume they sell, everything is freshly made or fried on that day itself.
