Check out Sportslink AMK Hub. Even usually not cheap shops need to have a sale sometimes.

I prefer Asics myself but am open to other brands.

Looking for a pair for running.

Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't
own it, but you can use it. You can't keep
it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it
you can never get it back.

ya, I use Garmin forerunner 210. Works fine, my only complain is that it takes a long time to lock on to the GPS sat.

Most Kenyans train running barefoot. Yes, can run means can run.

My friend bought a pair of $350 Asics sneakers also failed his IPPT 2.4K.

Thanks, I've just downloaded the runtastic and will test it out once the haze clears.

I'm eyeing the older Garmin model XT 310, love the look of it. But alas I cannot buy watches anymore,

Using running app on phone is good, but there are some things to note.
It's bulky, but you get to listen to music on it.Sometimes sweat can enter the phone thru the armband so have to be careful. Use a plastic bag to protect it.
That's what happen to my Samsung, sweat enter and kena buy new phone. Now I use Sony water proof phone.

I recommend innov8 or new balance.

I'm wearing innov8 and I like the fit.
