I smacked a mosquito while watching tv just now, didn't know that it's a Aedes mosquito until I took a macro shot of it
I will give NEA a email.

Wah your smack must be really gentle..

Do you take pix after every smack?
Hope not so many smacks to begin with.

haha, the smack was gentle enough that i saw the mosquito's leg twitched while photographing it.
I long time didn't take macro already, so when there is a chance for macro....
already email NEA, may be they will come and fog my block...i sprayed insecticide also...

I think the smack kind of startled the mosquito, obviously, he-he. Otherwise not nice to take picture when squashed.

no la, on hind sight I should have put more effort in the shots, like setting up a tripod and do focus stacking, then may be Nat Geo
