Renovation Contractor

Post by balzebub71 » 22 May 2014 18:25

Collecting keys to my new flat end of the month..now trying to find a reliable renovation contractor for a simple reno job. Sick of "designers" pushing me to renovate my flat in very atas and complicated ways. Old liao, got simple wants and needs now...dun want to throw so much $$ into reno.

Any bro here got any good, reliable reno contractor to recommend? PM me Thanks!

Any bro wanna share any reno pointers? Things to look out for etc?

Congrats on your new place.

I was young like you guys once...When I got my first place also put money into reno. In the end when sell, no value one...After that my other places minimal reno so get max returns when sell.. Reno tatse very personal so even if you spend a lot the next guy who buy also may not want.. so if you intend to sell later.. do enough to stay only.. spend on things that you can take along... like watches..

Have a great weekend..

I have seen ppl also spend 6 figure to renovate condo..got money ok I guess...

Yup wife factor always important in home choice and reno decisions. Agree as long as spend within own earning power...
