The in-house assembly and tuning of the watch is really impressive!
5 days of continuous wearing, work, swim, with roughly 10hrs of rest per day in all other positions... the discrepancy against my phone read today shows that it is only 12secs faster!

That's what the brand good at. They need not spend a lot of money on advertising, even when they engage brand ambassadors, they only choose barely well know but still may possess some star attraction artists in Taiwan, HongKong and China to speak for their products. While the rest of the world build their trusts with the brand on their product reliability. Pricing wise... it's a little too much to pay against Swatch Group's products... but i think sometime still acceptable?
Anyway, i began to put aside 150/mth, looking forward to the brand's 100th year anniversary edition of watch I think by then, 5k should be enough?

Back to the subject, this year's target will still have a Steinhart yearly S.E in the list, but with more budget friendly models in mind...

TISELL's Sub9015 to date still stuck with 3 color options. I'm still waiting for a 4th one in brown to happen before i go ahead to bag all 4 for modding game. I'm still trying to look out for alternate hands design to make the Sub9015 homage looks different from typical homage.

SEIKO Prospex Turtles, 5 variants preferably... that swam from Japan. Not those that you see now that came from elsewhere, warrantied by TS, and priced much higher...

From the western side, besides Steinhart, ONE low profiled, to be used as job beater TITONI been bagged, I may consider to add in SeaScoper if the price is right... which is considerably still high when compared to other makes in the market. I'm looking on a dual toned Hamilton with 2824 which is priced under 900 with local warranty, to be add as another dress piece to put alongside with the Tissot, Claude Bernard, and Accurate which is already in my collection.

According to a leak in WUS, Roland Kemmner suffered a stroke last year, and he is in the recovery state. WUS folks who had placed order with him had problems getting their packages delivered, as the dispatch of the orders are handled by Roland's staff in the logistic end. We'll keep seeing new items listed in Roland's Ebay page, but i'll not be ordering from him until he made full recovery.

I guess that's all i have for 2016...

The 5k 100yr SE dunno will happen or not... Longine's SG50 SE oredi sells much higher than that lor... 3yrs later we wait and see...
SeaScoper... pricing is too high at the moment. Need to have special offer then i'll consider ba... anyway the days ahead is too gloomy to spend on big figures... unless you had saved and looned in the past 1yr or 2 for a big hoot this year...

I see your hootlist, maybe i should buy seiko again.

My criteria for buying seiko is
1) sibei rare so that i maybe 1 or 1 of the few in singapore own it.
2) sibei ex, reaon being same as abv
3) sibei chunky and big, cos i like
4) lastly, must be able to haolian.....

Come to think of it, only the spacewalk fulfill the criteria.......
