Curiosity got the best of me and I bite
Conclusion is that 99.999% likely to be a scam

Seller-
Is new and if interested please place order and they will deliver.
Me-
Interested. How to order
Seller-
Contact number and address and it will be delivered
Me-
Monday at office can? If all is good after inspection will pay.
Seller-
There is no way we can deliver to you what is not good or has any problem
Cause we want you to recommend other of your friends to us after buying from us
We Only accept local bank  for payment during the holiday
So to show that you are a serious buyer and ready to buy it
We accept deposit before delivery and upon delivery
You will pay the balance
But all payment will be transfer into our bank account
You should not pay in cash to our dispatcher
And if there is any problem upon delivery
We will immediately refund your deposit
So let us know if it is okay to deliver it by 2pm tomorrow
So that we can give you our bank details

Think from the above. Is pretty obvious.
In between I ask for more pictures and contact numbers were ignore

Should I bother to ask how much deposit is required? Ask for account number than po mata?

Sorry for the typos..am using auto correction.

Ask for bank and account number.

Ask for name of account holder too. Say you only can too TT transfer as you don't have local bank account. And the bank requires all the name and details for a TT transfer.
