the only possible way is to send to Thong Sia and they will arrange sending it back to Japan to service, by far only Japan (original place where GS made) can service GS watch, may ask them to quote you the price of service + polish + postage

ever tog of getting mirror-less ? if you are not serious into pixel peep, mirrorless cam like Fuji X, Sony NEX, olympus Pen are very good enough for normal use

it depends on if you can accept the fact of SD movement or fully mechanism watch is preferable
