Usually the bumper are snap onto a bracket that's mounted on ur chasis.

If its the bracket hooks snapped, easy job.

If the bumpers hook holes, though can do, most shops say cant, cos toublesome, n may snap easily again.

My prev phone was on wins mobile, though quite a old version. I used opera mobile, which could access most web page...... internet explorer was quite sucky and laggy. both were installed defaulted on the phone, i think.
