Sumo looks big, but wear ok for my 6.5" wrist. MM300 looks small but looks thicker on the wrist. I don't think we can help you on choice. It's quite personal if u ask me. I bought the MM first, then backside itchy bought the sumo later.

Just buy the smoothest sand paper u can find from hardware store, then sand it yourself. Did it to the super engineer bracelet from strap code for my sumo too

The watch you are looking in rakuten is a quartz fieldmaster, look similar to tuna. It should be available in Big Time.

$5 is what the postman or speed post charged for paying the GST on your behalf. I suppose it's the same as FedEx charged $10. I termed it "convenience fee" or admin fee.
