There is one shop at Orchard Plaza level 2. The building beside the OG building. That's a hardware shop that sell some watch tools only. Mostly Anchor brand. I think if you buy straps from Gnomon, and ask nicely, they will help you remove your bracelet so you can slip in the NATO straps yourself. The procedure takes 30 seconds. :p

I have a NATO from Fossil and I must say that the quality is very nice... but at $50, you can cab down to Mr Goh and buy a couple of his leather NATO straps.
