I think being a mod can be a challenging task. If he cuts u some slack and bends the rule a little, he gets ticked off. In addition, how to draw a line between whats reasonable and how far to deviate from a rule? If he lets someone get away with 4hrs, what happens if the next person tries a 5hr stun...

These 2 are very different watches... they are in a different category and price. The Seiko Sinn is definitely within your budget.
