In addition, how to draw a line between whats reasonable and how far to deviate from a rule? If he lets someone get away with 4hrs, what happens if the next person tries a 5hr stun...

Re: Steinhart or Seiko Sinn??

These 2 are very different watches... they are in a different category and price. The Seiko Sinn is definitely within your budget. Typical of Seiko time pieces, u are assured of Seiko quality and its an attractive looking piece. On the other hand, if u can shell out more $$$, u are getting a Swiss G...

Re: Any NICE GMT seiko watch?

The OrienStar GMT looks interesting. I was actually thinking of taking a closer look at this one and go for it. Sadly, my Jeepun trip *poofed*. Bic Camera in Japan sometimes have good offers for Orient Star time pieces. With sales tax rebate + savings from shipping + savings from local GST, should b...

Re: Opinion On Citizen NY0040 Diver

Sounds pretty decent for a basic movement. I've had worse experience with the Seiko 7SX6 movements.... -20 secs/day is pretty normal. While the new 9015 movement should bring about better performance, i suppose we'll probably have to pay a much higher price for a diver installed with this move...

Re: Opinion On Citizen NY0040 Diver

Whats the typical performance of this movement? Something like +/- 20 secs/day ? Anyone owns a watch like this one? I got both the black and the fully lumed and frankly prefer these over the SKX series (i got a few). These citizen diver is seriously underrated, considering the price they r selling.
