U can try the shops around bencoolen. Quite a few guys there repairing watches. Prices wise is steep. JW waiting time is very long.. bonafield - price the steepest but he do a general overhaul and some restoration. Kk market second floor also have....

warm up the watch using a hair dryer and Just applied 2 sec direct flame on the cyclop n pop it off with a pen knife.
