Edit Topic Possible?

Post by ae121 » 29 May 2012 17:41

Hi all

Is it possible to edit the topic when we are a thread starter?

I am asking this becasue I started a thread to sell a watch and would like to edit the first post but found myself unable to edit the first post or delete the thread :?

Any solution?

all buy/sell thread are not editable. This is to have accountability of the item that you are selling and to prevent disputes.

EDIT Header? POSSIBLE! See here!

Actually you can edit your initial post topic title.
Here's how...

After you made the initial 1st post and submitted right? You realised that you had probably made a wrong title entry... so you click edit to your initial post, and change the title to the one you want, then submit. Voila! Your title changed.

I had used that on several threads, just to make the initial thread flexible for continual conversation or recycle...

You can lock your own thread in buy/sell forum. Only applies to that forum only.
