1603 in original dial? Hardly see such good condition vintage.

HJ Watch told me everything is original except for maybe the crystal. There's some discoloration on the date wheel, and the bracelet shows significant "stretch", so I'm inclined to believe them.

Have a few Datejuz before 16xx, 16xxx, 116xxx
Me feel that the vintage Datejust more fun and more character :

a) Slight Dome Crystal make the dial stand out
b) Louder ticking sound, can hear it in the night
c) a solid spring catch sound when date change at 12 midnite
d)overall thinner case
