Yes. Should be the same model. I prefer positive display for easy reading..ImageThe back of the watch look like this.

You don't need to travel to japan to buy. There are web platforms to facilitate buying from japan. You seem to like vintage seiko, so I'm just sharing the fact that 19mm dive straps are still being made by seiko.
