Post by salokiN » 18 May 2012 12:54

How many of you have been faced with this question by your GF/CO before?

How do you counter/convince?

Share share! :D

+1 for sinner's answer... but hor, once in a while you must also say to your gf/co.... "one for you...." :D

coz it is very important that they sometime benefit too from you hobby... although u will never benefit from theirs... unless u oso like handbags and ladies shoes (then she can buy u one too) :?

my CO is ok generally as long as i spend within my means.

and i hv shared with a few bros here, when i started this hobby, i set a rule for myself not to have more than 12 watches.
so if i hoot, most of the time, some pieces will have to go.
thats my personal rule coz i have a young family to support.

thats the rule for now anyway

My wife is quite supportive of collecting watches; her camera hobby isn't cheap either  . Here's her doxa:

She has some others as well but we never got down to shooting them.
