Personally, the customization seems like a good deal but I feel the helson SM 600 has better finishing & overall feel. (of course also Slightly more). Don't have the ocean 7 but from pics alone(not the above) it turned me off from buying. (though it came out earlier & caught my attention)

I had a Ocean7.. didn't like it that much.. It was like a grail watch but maybe expectations too high.
