But does anyone have experience how much it would cost to ship ups/fedex fm US including trackg? I presume he,s in the US since he mentioned conus?

Usually ems is around USD30 and FedEx probably cost up to USD50-70.

All FedEx/ups packages comes with tracking. Prices differ with the service selected. And if you want insurance will cost more.

Just an FYI: The US Postal Service prohibits international Express (EMS) shipments of watches to all countries.
This is not to say that some USPS employees overlook or ignore the restrictions and send the package, but the regulations state that watches are prohibited from USPS Express International shipments.
Also: FedEx.com has a rate calculator that's easy to use.
