Casio service centre - general opinions?

I really missed the old agent - Marco Marketing. The experienced tech was friendly and very helpful. That has kept me buying Casio G-shocks for more than a decade.
Tell me your experience with the Casio Singapore marque service centre. Basically I was there once to change a baby G bezel and was less than impressed. Any good or bad stories out there?
