You still have the tracking number? Can do pkg tracking @ the Singpost website?
If can, screen cap the tracking result and send it as the attachment in ur next email with them again. See what's the result?

Yup did that liao, now waiting for their reply (which take ages). Once cfm lost, than I claim and re-order.
