My strela is a old one from poljot international, long ago out of production. According to manufacturer, likely to be 4-5 years old. So thought might be a good idea for some basic maintenance like cleaning and lubrication.

You went direct to the service centre for a quote?
I asked Red Army since they are the only ones that carry Russian brands in SG. So their CS told me estimated service cost for a 3133 movement is $360.

Hehe if it was for a more expensive watch, I would gladly pay what they wanted. Sadly, their service charge is more than what I paid for the watch? Hence the unwillingness...

Thanks for the heads up, I will try to find angmokio watch.

The name "sea hum" is ridiculously-locally-hilarious.

Certainly sounds... interesting in local context...
But if we go perfect engrish... "AZIMUTH COCKLES" ... Alot will be scratching their head lo...
Anyway... i went to see the set earlier...
The condition really bobehzao! No scratch @ all! But quite heavy la... got to admit... although it's about the same size as the STEINHART Apollon. Betul betul a sinker! The one not for the light wrist/small folks...
