My new baby tuna

Post by Trident » 17 Jan 2014 17:24

Drop by Acube today and was told there is a baby tuna available, price at $300.
Quickly grab it. But I notice that there is no tag attached, when I ask him for the model,
he told me SRP233 with 4R36 movement. Warranty from Thong Sia. After searching I think mine is SRP229.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Not sure if made in K or J. Any help there?

I think you did good. After some searching, I prefer your SRP229 with black shroud rather than the SRP233 with the red shroud.

I shall include you in the Tuna Club list.

Cheers.

yes I read that the shroud can be changed, thinking of a SS shroud.
but that would be later.

If you can, yes, change the shroud later, I heard it is made of rubber or plastic?

This is why I sold my Frankenmonster which is a J model BTW, the shroud is made of plastic and I am not a fan of mods.

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers.
