This means too big for a normal wrist?
Suggest u try out both for a feel if u have yet to.

Measurements on paper can differ greatly in real life.

I have both the Sumo and the MM300. I treat the Sumo as a daily beat while using the MM300 as a casual ' dress ' watch.
At the end of the day it is really up to you.

price range quite a huge difference. there is brand new sumo for about $650 selling on another sg watch forum, but mm300 is a whole different ball game already.

alternative view:

what works for the sumo is that it is in a very sweet price/quality range. especially the blumo - one of a kind.

interestingly for the price point for the MM300 - i find that you actually have MORE choice and I would not just consider the typical brands like Sinn, Oris and (stretching it a used) Tudor or Breitling; AND also the microbrands e.g Crepas (especially the Creman 3000m), Helson, and Aquadive.

But at this price point, I think you will be hard pressed to find the same quality with in house movement..I am excluding second hand watches of course.

MM300...under stated design...below the radar brand..hold value better than most Swiss watches in similar price point.

I find the MM300 is really quite bling...very shinny....not understated at all. 8-)

Hehe yeah compared to watches with non shiny finishing. But still I do think a MM is still on my want list.

More like try to get from Seiko dealers online. Especially from Japan.

AD pricing for higher end Seikos from ADs in SG is insane...

Do note that servicing in the end must also send to Japan, so just bite it lah.
