Grand Seiko SBGH-005 Hi Beat , which retails in Australia for $8000.00 AUD . The Seller now has reduced it to $2000.00 AUD negotiable :o , new link below -

However the hands and tachy inner bezel seems different from what I have.
But a quick google images on '6138 8000' will show you that there are indeed variants out there.
