Price Increase for SEIKO Watches

I just heard that SEIKO will increase its price by 4% effective for this March 2012. The models affected is Seiko Kinetic, Seiko Spring Drive, Seiko Mechancial Watches (Grand Seiko-G models, Ananta, Premier).

So JDM spirit and prospex are not affected?

The prices of Seiko remains competitive, in spite of the 4% increment. I mean, inflation and all those externalities... I can imagine the need to have more.

I think Japan economy isn't doing well in recent times...

Just came back from K2, got the confirmation from Mr.GOH. It's officially from next month onwards!

those low end Seiko 5 and automatics are not affected right?
