But it seems that not many of you get kinetic watches, most of the thread i see are Tunas.. anyone can enlighten me why?

welcome to this CLub :mrgreen:

kinetic, for me, I dun mind one, it's a grab & go watch if i'm in a lazy mode or if i'm rushing. Most of us prefers a mechanical watch over a quartz/kinetic but do not misunderstand, there's nothing wrong with a quartz or kinetic. I'm sure most of us owns at least a quartz in our collection.

is that a grey dial? if it is, it's nice.

yes, you can change to deployment clasp, you can probably try k2 :mrgreen:

welcome bro!

if you want that exact clasp, it might be hard to find.
thats from a Tag watch right?
you may want to try this online store for that style clasp and strap:
http://www.strappedfortime.com/shop/ite ... itemid=244" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

you can try to get a deployment clasp or a butterfly clasp.
If you are a Seiko diehard fan like some of the bros here (me included), you can get a Seiko deployment clasp from Thong Sia for less than S$30. It will fit any strap that is 18mm at the buckle.

Do note that the generic deployment and butterfly clasps are not like the Tag one. the Tag one is freely adjustable and not limited to the holes on your leather strap.
the generic standard deploy uses the holes on the leather strap. Ebay will have a few that is quite affordable.

Level One Poison indeed!

The world of Seiko is unlimited. Anything ranging from less than a $100 to $15,000. You name it, Seiko has a piece for everyone.

My first "serious" watch is a Seiko too; and yup, a Mechanical one nonetheless. Longlive 7S26!
