Reminds of the old style Seamaster 30 or the Longines Admiral.

The Orient tribute will surely be a fraction of both the formers. I'd say...

FHFL, Hoot Now & Worry later! Lol.

Any cream variant with steel/silver indicators?

As a matter of fact, any of the SARB series from Seiko would be a worthy dress watch consideration. The 6R15 calibre is of such high standards & they are dubbed as Mini-Grand Seiko.

Prices starting from $450 in the pre-loved market, depending on condition. :)

Agreed. But be prepared to take a hit for the Hammy if you are thinking of flipping or reselling. The SARBs will at least hold her value dearer at the 450 range. Can't say the same for hamiltons.

My 2 cents. :)

Agreed. At an entry level price point, I think Orients offer a much wider range for dress watches than Seikos. Just my 2 cents.

I actually did a check from some of the renowned japanese site, they're selling it at about 39,000 yen to 42,000 yen which includes shipping.

I think i'm gonna get that sarb072 when ah gong (government) give out the money in Aug. =)

My 2nd buy within a month after getting a seiko 5 snx123.
