Seiko Club Singapore

Just picked up this white dial Seiko 7c43-700b 200m Professional quartz diver. It's probably not to everyone's taste but I am so glad that I finally found one after years of looking for one. This one is probably even rarer than my beloved Seiko Scubapro divers. During the last decade I have only seen three for sale (one from the UK and two from Australia and all of them popped up during the last three months). It's obviously not a JDM diver as it comes with a "SQ Dial" and not with a kanji day wheel. I don't know for how long these have been made but according to its serial number this one is the 47th produced in February 1988.









this one is going to get restored best I can but I'm still waiting for a NOS Crystal to arrive...

I like a white dial too, I know it's a 7002 mod but it's basically 20 years old, runs at under +5 secs a day and still a working 150m tool.
