lol, yea storyline shallow but damn, the fight scenes will keep you at the edge of your seat from start to finish.

If you like Hellboy and Pan's Labyrinth, Guillermo Del Toro, doesn't disappoint. :) 4.5/5 overall ;)

Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't
own it, but you can use it. You can't keep
it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it
you can never get it back.

I did :)
Oooooookay, rusty wolverine did what he had to do.
Having all my female colleagues oogling at Hugh Jackman's ultra tone physics.
The debate however between the bros was whether steroids plays a big part to this definitive enhancement. That being said, my gym recently saw a surge of young bloods working out.
There goes my usual routine, probably gotta wait for this "interest" to die down before my regime be reinstated.

Those who haven't watched it, do kindly stay back after the credits.

They have time, money and resources to pursue that perfect body and body fat %.

Try googling for the article on training for a Hollywood body on t nation or something. It's just about visual effects and body fats, it's harder for one to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 4 months but easier to look like he gain 20 by losing body fats to get the cut.

I'm just waiting for the movie pain & gain thou.
