Recently hooted a MIC 5.3inch PHICOMM i813 with snapdragon 1.2ghz cpu for my colleague.

UI experience is smooth, power juicy enuff, camera wise... err... even though with 5mpx AF camera, photo quality kind of little disappointing and picture capturing is laggy. But @ the price of 240 w/1yr warranty... cannot hiam liao lah.

Surprisingly... when i was @ Little India last nite... saw quite a number of shops selling this...M.I.C, Indian brand..

Hmm... i wonder how does this guy manage to get 2% discharge over 7+ hours.
In his post, he mentioned that the phone was unplugged from charger before he goes to bed. No notifications to any of his social media comes in during his sleep, 4G all the while. His mobile is Xperia Z.
I don't get such a result even if set my phone auto on/off with a 5hrs break. Does underclock CPU helps this much?

just received my USB charger, powered by AA eneloops.

After seeing brudder chriscentro's power bank cum charger, i went around to look for the same model... cannot find.
But manage to hoot something close to it...



Hmm... dunno whether should i look for beefier batteries such that i can use it to charge my phones when power runs down...?

Use 2% only on my g2.

Although ur phone's CPU have a higher clocking frequency than Xperia Z, ur beefy 3000mah battery and other power management adjustments may play a part in giving u such a good score.

had sold my sony z1 after 2 weeks as can't get used to the UI and heat issues...but have just ordered a Nexus 5 and hope to get it by today.

hopefully will have a better experience with it...

Ohh... that was 2wks ago... now the price should be lesser than what i had paid... which as 600.
Immediately after my hoot... i saw @ one of the Harvey Norman store selling 2 red bills less than what i paid, 4 days later.
Mustafa price should be much a couple of red bills off than HN.

Hooted a new phone for the new year.


Initially intend to give it to my mum for her use, since i had managed to customize abit with large icons on the start menu.


However.... it seems that i will have to hold it for the moment, so that i can perfect all the customization before passing it to her.
(duh... her old card needs a change, for micro sim)


A surprise find.
I thought that the double tap wake up phone feature is only available in LG phones. Surprisingly, the 525 comes with this!

Competitively priced @ under 200 with local NOKIA warranty, with addition of good quality camera that can capture low noise night shots, customizable start menus for the ease of use... a good snapper gift for old folks.
