I heard Bukit Purmei Loh Mee ceased operations with immediate effect due to owner's health problem.

Lavender Foodcourt Kok Kee Wanton mee also moving out soon due to closure of foodcourt..

Any nice and new eateries to intro?

Ho swee hill lor mee also no more.
Longhouse duck rice move to j.bersah stadium.
Longhouse big prawn mee move to balestier market.
Queenstown chicken rice move to blk6 holland rd.

Ah Nan bao yu mian at the junction to balestier and upper serangoon.
About 6 or 7 dollar for 1 small bowl. Need 2 to be full

I liked Whampoa Hawker centre, recently re-open after a long renovation.
Nasi lemak, hokkien mee, char kway teow and satay bee hoon, all these are my favourite.

I used to live in that area and loved the Hokkien Mee there too. One of the mixed vegetable rice stalls was great as well. One of the stall operator ladies would keep asking "还有呢?" as you ordered. :)
