Watch spotted outside

Yesterday I spotted a guy wearing a watch. I dunno why it caught my attention.

First it's the bezel, very seiko like, then sweeping sec hand but the dial looks clean and sterile from a distance.

Then I realized it's a lefty or destro with the crown on left and the guy wore it on his right hand.

Kept peeping then I finally saw a very familiar 'S' lol.

Any guesses ? The hands had white lume.

Wrong, another clue, it has a thick rubber strap with a solid clasp
