Previously... numbers of months ago... I posted a thread on the TAIWAN AirForce issue FORTIS-

quite interesting to know reputable makers making special editions to some other country forces to enhance their image as the ultimate tool watch to the respective profession.

Now see this...
A BREITLING specially created for HongKong AirForce!
(Hmmm... HongKong have AirForce? Need to do some look up siol... :mrgreen: )

Breitling Chronomat Hong Kong Royal Air Force limited edition.

The HKRAF limited edition was a commemorative series during the handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997. Breitling produced 1,997 pieces of these in stainless steel (A13050.1) and 97 pieces in 18k YG (K13050.1). The caseback shows the air force squadron emblem with dates from 1924-1997. Similar emblem is embossed on the dial at 3 o'clock.

I know Breitling is quite on about supporting military forces. have seen a few special editions for various units, even for those in the region.

I think I have seen some images before in WUS, but it seems that the special release for Military was for the European forces...
Asian forces? Hmm... have to do some googling...
