Rolex Sub 14060 vs 114060 bracelet

Post by balzebub71 » 28 Oct 2014 23:15

Okay am going to pick up a Sub ND, lady friend prefers the old version 14060 as it wears smaller and is lighter. But every shop we went is saying that the 14060 bracelet will not fit her wrist even if they remove all the removable links. They claim that the new gen 114060 will fit as the links are smaller and the glide lock clasp allow for more adjustment?

Any rolex experts here know how true this is?

Not expert but i have lady like wrists as well.

114060 can be easily sized to my wrist but lug to lug seems longer with new blocky design.

14060m, which i bought, sits nicely on my small wrist. Yes its true that even if u remove all the removable links it wont fit a small wrist. What the AD did was to cut one link from the six oclock side. Now it sits perfectly on my small wrist. :) n my wife gets to wear it as well.

Sigh looks like it's true then, not comfortable with cutting off a permanent link from the bracelet. Guess will go for the newer gen 114060..
