Saw it too. This is very nice but find 40mm a little small

Sadly true for me as well. I hardly get to wear my squales. Only when I wear a tight buttoned down cuff shirt then I'll wear them.

Bro, you're about the sane build as bro Badern, iirc. You might wanna try getting the same size watches as bro Badern. Just a thought.

As a sub homage i think squale really hit the mark. But that is one busy dial with way too many logos. It's like they are afraid people do not know which brand that watch is. they have the brand name on top and that "smiley brand name at the bottom" then another "smiley logo at the top left of the brand name".

My wrist definitely smaller than bro Ed's. but it's an overall package. I'm 90kg so even though wrist is small I wear 49mm or smaller will still look weird.

I think it's just a matter of preference.

Bigger watch just means more wrist presence attracts more attention.

Smaller watches usually don't.

For me it's how I dress. If casual with short sleeves, I wear a bigger watch. If formal long sleeves, I can wear smaller pieces.
