Think the best is,
Buy 2 SUMO
Buy 2 MM300
Buy 2 EMPEROR TUNA
settled once and for all!

At Sim Lim Sq?
The yellow Sumo definitely not worth the asking price

Don't have a Sumo. But here's the Shogun (SBDC007) and MM300 together.
If the pics of these three together are any indication, the sumo is even bigger.

Although Sumo is bigger, it's still fit nicely even on a 6.5 inch wrist.

I was like that when I got my MM but the urge to buy the Sumo faded as I live with the MM on a daily basis. I turned to other models either more iconic like the Tuna, or using other materials like the Shogun. But thats me.. have a great time with your MM, it is a keeper imho.

You will not regret your choice. Once your MM300 settle in, you should come back and post how accurate it is.
Mine is running +1 s/day if I wear it consistently and is +3s when I put it in the winder. Not sure if I got lucky or if this is normal.
On the other hand, the Shogun is now +10 s/day.

Wow +1 s a day is even better then GS spec. Usual from what I know is around 6 s a day. But have also heard of upwards to 10s a day. Congrats on getting an excellent example.
Shogun is has a 6R15 heart so 10s a day is also also well within spec.
Mine runs at 5 to 6s a day for both the MM and Shogun. For my Emperor with the same heart as the MM, it runs at about 3 s a day.
But more to the point is that you should enjoy the pieces. And with any of these 3, you will never go wrong.
Btw, I still am not that into buying the Sumo, unless I go to Japan and get one at a great price.

nice pic. i like the more angular design of the sbdc007 - the cuts in the bezel looks sharper, even the lugs on the case looks different from an sbdc001
