I just checked today. They don't share the bezel with skx. So unless they carry stargate bezel..

I think one of te guys on the SCWF tried a couple of different options. The guy with the store @ .nl, Harry? Don't think he found one. Bah, that it's way too expensive.

Do a "heart" transplant of the stargate to a skx case be a better option for u??

I had brought up this subject number of times... but there was nobody, to date, did that to their watches in modding perhaps due to cost concern.lunarin79 wrote:can be done meh bro?watchlooker wrote:Do a "heart" transplant of the stargate to a skx case be a better option for u??

It will cost one roughly $270 to get the cheapest 4R36 from a worldtimer, take it off and place into the watches of their choice... so... nobody had tried to be that hero so far.

Re: Please take good care of your Stargates
the R-series and S-series have different stem if i am not wrong... so it would be a tough job to also transplant the stem... then you will 'maybe' have an issue with the stem length in the different case.Ed.YEO wrote:I had brought up this subject number of times... but there was nobody, to date, did that to their watches in modding perhaps due to cost concern.lunarin79 wrote:

its really alot of work to get a 4R movt... is it worth it?
HOWEVER... 4R15 and 6R15 is interchangeable and share the same stem
so to 'upgrade' to a 6R15 might be worth it.
